Melview Developments are in the process of developing 20 hectares of land, which will form the centre of a new community in Flatbush, south of Auckland.

Jones Lang LaSalle’s Research and Consultancy team had been involved in the project from its early stages, providing Manukau City Council with quality information and research. We first modeled the likely future property and demographic trends in the area for Council. The analysis provided by Jones Lang LaSalle proved to be invaluable to the urban design team responsible for planning the future of the new town centre.

As a result, once Melview Developments became involved with the process, Jones Lang LaSalles’ industry leading Research and Consultancy team was once again approached.  Working closely with Melview, Jones Lang LaSalle has provided strategic analysis on market trends and demand factors and developed optimum product composition for the new town centre.
